[HELP] My puppy has some type of circular looking thing on her anus

I thought it was just excess fecal matter but i'm not 100% sure. Its been a few days since i noticed it and yesterday she did the typical dog scoot to try and itch it but hasn't done it since then. it doesn't seem to bother her but at this point Im just curious as to what it could be.
