My 5 y.o. dog has been acting out lately (possibly due to new medication, but I suspect she's also just being a little shit) and even though she knows basic commands (sit, lay down, shake), recently she hasn't always been listening to them. She's also been getting into the trashcan, peeing in the house, and going into areas where she knows she's not allowed (for her safety, not just for preference). So, we've decided to start formally clicker training her. She's very food-motivated, so we're just going to use pieces of her normal food rather than treats for now, and we're hoping that because she already knows a few commands that she'll pick up on them quickly.Just for curiosity's sake, any advice for clicker training an adult dog? And more specifically, training her out of bad behaviors? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2rsVqQa
