[Discussion] Training exercises or games to help build trust and attention between dog and owner?

My dog is 8 months old and we have completed puppy obedience class (that ended in February). I am fairly pleased with how he's progressed but I also feel like it could be "better". I feel like he is getting tired of the same old tricks and games we already learned, and I'm just looking for something new. I think we have a good bond - I live alone so it's just us - but I also feel like his attention to me could absolutely be improved. He is very stubborn and strong-willed, and that gets the best of him sometimes. He listens to me about 75% of the time.So what are your tried-and-true exercises and games that stimulate the dog, while also reinforcing that I'm in charge? Hope my question makes sense. via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2qJFSng
