[Help] dog got stung by bee

My dog got stung and her mouth swelled up. It has happened once before but it quickly went away. I was able to find and remove the sting quickly that first time while now I cant find it. She isn't acting different. Other than sleepy because she hasn't slept all day. I showed her her leash and she was her crazy active self. However, the swelling hasnt gone down much after and hour and a half. I called the vet but they didnt ask anything about her symptoms just quickly told me to bring her in and it would be $75 then hung up. Cant help but to feel like they care more about the money like that. She's breathing fine, is asleep now its past her bedtime. Long question short should I panick like the vet told me to and take her to emergency or is it ok to let her sleep through the night?
