My neighbors a few houses down have a husky that keeps getting loose. It's a wonderful dog, but other dogs in the neighborhood don't know that. Tonight there was a blowout because it terrified my other neighbor who was visiting with her (kind of irritating) dog. Barking and growling and screaming and yelling and crying ensued. Oddly the one with the escaped dog started the yelling, but y'all don't care about that. :)Anyway, I recommended an electronic leash, but I don't even know if they work. They don't have two nickels to scrape together, but I do, and I don't mind buying it for them. I just want peace in the neighborhood. Literally half the houses have dogs. The thing is, they have twin toddlers, one of whom is LD, and the woman who is there all day had had a couple of strokes and not entirely in control. (Her daughter was the one with the attitude.) Who knows why it's getting out and it's going to continue. What's worse is the dog runs up to a really busy main road. I'm afraid it's going to get hit and it's such a wonderful dog I'd feel awful.Do they work? Can they be left on even in the house? What is the correct one to get?Is there a better solution? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2rdjJBn
