[discussion] Is sergeants gold flea and tick shampoo ok to use?

I have a 7 month old Bichon Frise and I'm starting to see fleas on him and he itches a lot. I bought sergeants gold shampoo, didnt use it yet but I'm hearing that it kills dogs and some people say that its fine to use.
