[Discussion] When did your dog start to "slow down"?

At what age did your dog start to slow down? Obviously, there was a marked difference when my dog really left puppyhood (a bit after age 2), but now that she's approaching seven years I'm starting to notice a change again. Nothing drastic, but she's not high strung without days on end of vigorous exercise- when she was three and four she wasn't really happy unless she went on a solid run and had an hour of training or a sniff walk. Now she's perfectly happy with only a one hour walk, and if we hit really hard (a 5k run and a swim session in the same day) I think it's pushing her too far.What has your experience been?
