[HELP] Advice for a Blind Dog

Hi. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me on how to help my dog with her blindness? She's 13 and recently had to have both eyes removed due to serious glaucoma issues. She is in good spirits and very healthy, but seems to get a little lost at times. Should I give it more time for her to get acclimated? Are there any good products I can get her?
