[Help] Dog barks every morning to wake us up, for what seems like no reason

Every day we get up and see what it is she needs. Food? Nope. Water? Nope. To go outside? She will step outside for 5 seconds and try to come back in. I don't understand why she does this, but it's super inconvenient.
