[Help] Helping an anxious dog with moving

So my dog and I currently live with my parents, however I am in the process of moving out for a few months for an internship, and my dog will be coming with me. She is generally very anxious. In addition, she is best friends with her sister, who is my parent's dog. I've been really worried with how she is going to adapt in a new environment without some of the people she's used to (my parents) and her best friend (mom's dog).
