[Help] Is it OK for a dog to poop once every three days?

I'm going to adopt two furbabies today.I had a goldendoodle named Scott who is 12 years old and developed prostate, he'll be staying with my parents because they're semi retired (home all the time) and have a yard, unlike me and my husband who work 6 days a week and live in an apartment.One of the furbabies I'll be adopting is a 6 year old Collie-mix and his foster daddy informed me he usually poops about once every three days but is otherwise fine and healthy.I'll be changing the kibble they eat to the same one I feed Scott, a high protein, non-grain formula, do you think that'll make a difference? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2rBosen
