[Help] My dog won't stop barking when I leave my home

I have a 7 year old Dachshund/Poodle mix. Every time I try to walk outside of my house she barks. When I'm home alone usually she won't, but if my mom is home at night she does. It's the worst when my mom's awake and out in the living room. She goes ballistic. I tried reprimanding her for it/ignoring her when I leave/and my mom spraying her with water and nothing works.
