He has never attacked anyone but does not like purple or dogs running up on him (Who does?)StoryWhile walking my dog today, he saw a cat through a fence and started barking at it. I tried to record him. Once the Snapchat video finished recording, a man jumped over the fence and got in my face screaming get away from his cat. That seemed reasonable. As I apologize and start to walk away, he grabbed my dog with both hands as if trying to provoke my dog. I yelled at him to not touch my dog and he repliesd that my dog attacked him.
