[Help] will my 4 month old puppy grow out of humping?

My 4 month old, male, neutered, mixed breed puppy is great with other dogs and a hit at the dog park. All the other dogs seem to like him, and vice versa.Once in a while there will be a dog at the park he gets obsessed with. Today there was a poodle he could not stop harassing. The poodle was fixed. He was humping her constantly and biting her legs compulsively. Even I thought my dog was biting harder than usual.I couldn't redirect my dogs focus. He was obsessed. It got to the point where the poodles owner asked me to leave and I was real embarrassed.Typically, he's not like that and puppy wrestles other dogs. But this time, it's like he was possessed. Before he started humping the poodle, I did notice he was acting abnormal. He was a little more lethargic and antisocial with the other dogs when typically he's the most popular and active pup there.Will this behavior fade off?
