[HELP] Will my dog remember me?

So I adopted Bear my chocolate lab on February 20th 2017. I then deployed April 11th 2017 and I am gone for 3-3.5 months. I also was away for a couple of weeks in March as well. I am worried he won't remember me when I get home.
