[Help] Yorkie acts like he has to pee, then just grazes on my lawn

I have a Yorkie, and I took him out an hour ago, he peed twice and then proceeded to wander the yard and eat grass. So I took him back in, and not five minutes later he's back at it again. So I take him out again, and he eats grass for like ten minutes. Now he wants to go out again, probably to eat grass. What do I do? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2sDG49P
