[Update][Vent] Is he considered abandoned yet?

After I reached out to Animal Control, I also reached out to the homeowner and told him his renter was MIA and his renters dog was runnin amok. The renter finally texted him back at 5am this morning.Yep. He abandoned the dog. The day he saw me struggling with him at the gate, shouted for him and left anyway when he didn't come when called? Yep, that's when he said f it and left.He texted that I should find the dog a home or take it to the shelter.Sigh.Fortunately for the dog, I spent the day yesterday working on finding him a home, just in case.
