[Discussion] Do dogs forgive their abusive owner?

I have a yorkie i picked up recently and he seems to have a bad history. I've been very curious about how a dog's mind works. If the original owner who beat him often were to treat him nicely. would they feel just as scared still or would they build the trust again? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2sbHBUb
