[Discussion] Why is he going potty in the house?

Help! I have an almost 10 year old boxer who's been potty trained for roughly 9 1/2 years and he's suddenly going potty in the house!It's happened twice. Once last Saturday night and once tonight. Both times I came home to it and he acted guilty and was cowering around. He never does it in the middle of the night or when I'm hone.He has a doggie door and access to go outside whenever he wants. And he's not sick, his poop is normal, not loose or diarrhea.He has had a couple changes. This is the first time him and I have lived alone. He's been living with my parents and I for the last year and before that with my ex and I. My parents just moved out 4 weeks ago. Also a month ago I changed his diet from kibble to a raw meat diet which he took to wonderfully. His poop has even been better.He's alone about 9 hours a day during the week while I'm at work and I'm home with him on weekends.
