My fiancé, one year old puppy, and I moved this weekend into a new home. It is twice the size of our old home. We previously never had a yard and never left all the rooms open to him. Now we have a decent size yard and we are leaving all the rooms open.I really can't complain, he's been great. I just want to help him adjust in the best way possible. We don't have a fence yet ( 3 weeks till it's installed ) so I still walk him out the front door to go to the bathroom. How can we get him to go in the back ? I bought a stake and 80ft lead until we get the fence but he doesn't like to run or walk when attached and won't go to the bathroom. When I walk him out front it could take him up to .25 miles to do his business. Any advice ??And in regards to inside the house, we had a bad storm last night (Florida) and he spent like 1.5 hours just walking around sniffing floor and walls which had me worried.Today was also first day we went back to work and his first time in his crate in new house and he was very reluctant to go in where as usually he runs in and waits for his treat. via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2rVCQ42
