My 2 year old heeler mix has problems with resource guarding but all of the remedies I can find online involve teaching him not to guard toys and food from me, which isn't a problem at all.This has become a huge issue when camping. He will constantly be on high alert to protect all equipment from my friend. If they go into any bag he will bark, growl, and lightly bite them. He is also protective of toys from other dogs in the park.I would assume this is some manifestation of him feeling in charge and needing to enforce rules but he is submissive to me so I'm puzzled.Any help is much appreciated! via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2qBSZYj
