[Help] What's going on with my sheltie?!?!

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place, but r/askavet is set to private and I don't know where eles to ask.But any way I was brushing my 5yo sheltie and clumps of her hair started coming out resulting in this. There's a smaller patch around her front left leg (same side) and left hind leg. It's not swollen and it dosnt seem to cause her pain or irritation when touched, it does seem to itch tho. Around the border is kind of crusty/flaky also.She has been treated for fleas so we've ruled out that. My girlfriend thinks she may be allergic to something the landscapers treat our yard with (we live in a condo) considering that it resembles the same thing she gets on her belly around spring/summer time but it's never gone up on her body.I have absolutely no idea what it is, and won't be able to get her to the vet untill Friday. So I was wondering if this has happend to anybody eles?If someone can tell me what it could be or atleast point me in the direction of someone who knows what it could be, or what I can do to help treat it in the mean time it would be greatly appreciated. via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2rlWZ0m
