[Help] My neighbor says my dog keeps her up all night

I recently moved into a new apartment complex, and so far it's going really well! Great nature trail, friendly neighbors, etc, except that the neighbor behind me has apparently been complaining to other neighbors that my dog Rowan (7mo golden retriever) "keeps her up all night".I just don't understand how this is possible. Rowan sleeps in a crate a foot away from my bed, because I like having her close enough to reach out and touch her in the middle of the night. She usually tosses and turns a little, but nothing excessive. At about 5 am she wakes me up by whining softly to take a potty break, and it only wakes me up because I'm a light sleeper and attuned to her. I really don't think there's any way she could be hearing her soft whines, and even if she could it's certainly all night long.I'm worried that if she complains to management they'll tell me I can't have my dog anymore.
