I don't live at home any more, but we've had at least 100+ foster dogs, and at least 6 of our own. Dogs are like my family. I absolutely won't leave him home alone for 8 hours a day.7) How long can you exercise your dog each day, on average? What sorts of exercise are you planning to give your dog regularly and does that include using a dog park?A walk/park per day. Maybe some runs. I live in a city, but have tons of available space in my area.8) How much regular brushing are you willing to do? Are you open to trimming hair, cleaning ears, or doing other grooming at home? If not, would you be willing to pay a professional to do it regularly?Grooming isn't a huge issue. Lots of collie experience, i get it.
