[Discussion] Emergency plan

I live in a condo on the third floor of my building. The other day I noticed that our fire extinguisher expires this month, and I realized that our emergency plan kind of sucks, especially as it pertains to our dog, who weighs 75 or 80lbs. I've been checking out a few different harnesses to help lower him off our deck in case of an emergency, but I'm kind of overwhelmed.
