Does anyone else say bye to their dogs whenever they go out to work or to hang out with friends or run errands? I'm not talking like a simple "ok bye guys!" with a few ear scratches on the way out- I just realized today as I was getting my keys to head to work I was full on like:"Okay, Maggie! I'll be back in a little! I know you think I'm never coming back when I leave but it's a short shift today! Peyton, please don't try to take Princess's toys away, she's old and it hurts her feelings. Princess, I understand you're old and you think you should have free reign of the house but the gate is there for a reason, please don't knock it over to get downstairs. I love you guys, we'll go for a walk when I get back! Bye!"As if they can actually understand me?
