[FLUFF] [DISCUSSION] Saying bye to your dogs before leaving the house

Does anyone else say bye to their dogs whenever they go out to work or to hang out with friends or run errands? I'm not talking like a simple "ok bye guys!" with a few ear scratches on the way out- I just realized today as I was getting my keys to head to work I was full on like:"Okay, Maggie! I'll be back in a little! I know you think I'm never coming back when I leave but it's a short shift today! Peyton, please don't try to take Princess's toys away, she's old and it hurts her feelings. Princess, I understand you're old and you think you should have free reign of the house but the gate is there for a reason, please don't knock it over to get downstairs. I love you guys, we'll go for a walk when I get back! Bye!"As if they can actually understand me? Like, I'm well aware I'm gonna get home to Peyton with one of Princess's toys and the gate knocked over with Princess downstairs on the couch but... a girl can dream that they understand me and will listen, right? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2qRgxNb
