[Help] 1 year old Doberman is out of control and has never done this before.

So this randomly just happened on my walk I just took him on and he won't calm down. I was walking Ranger (my doberman) in my neighborhood and some dogs in this house started barking at him. He did his usual ears up and look towards the noise, but I can usually redirect him and continue on our walk in a calm manner. This time he didn't redirect. I couldn't get him to stop looking back at the house even after numerous commands. The whole rest of the walk he is extremely hypervigilant acting like there is a cat in every single yard we pass and he needs to get to it.I couldn't redirect him at all. Sit is the only command that was working and I couldn't even get him to look at me when I got down on his level. The whole walk became this out of control craziness that made it look like he was some wild animal I decided to attach a leash too.We finally get home and I thought this would stop, but no. He's running between the windows acting like someone is outside (no one is). He is pacing and doing his nervous bark whine.I have no idea where this came from and he has never acted like this. Any insight on this behaviour he is displaying?? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2qOb4qr
