[Help] 13 year old dog with stage 4 heart murmur needs some teeth pulled. Worth the risk?

Our vet told us our dog should never go under again. He in the past week is having trouble eating even soft food because of one tooth in particular. I don't want him to suffer. Is there any way to get the tooth out using a local pain shot instead of anesthesia? Is it worth putting him under again? Anyone go through similar? Thanks. via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2rpAKIh
