I have been leaving my 9 month old puppy out of the crate while I'm at work for a couple of weeks now (i started off leaving her out for short periods of time). She started out okay, with minor chewing at the baseboards, so I bought bitter spray to stop her. On Saturday, I left her for about an hour and she chewed her mat that I leave her food bowls on. For the past two days she has tipped over her food and water bowls (water bowl full), bringing them to the next room, and today she has torn up part of the carpet near her bowls (digging I assume).any advice on what I should do?I would like to be able to leave my dog in the house while I'm at work so she doesn't have to be stuck in a crate all day (I have someone come in half way through the day to take her out/play). via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2s0C5qD
