[Help] Dog continuously licking himself and drooling

Yellow Lab/Male/10 years old Every so often my dog does this weird thing where he starts drooling heavily and licking his paws. He can't get settled and keeps walking around the house, lays down, drools/licks, then gets up again and moves to a new spot. It seems like he's very uncomfortable during this time and sometimes will bark at us but we can't figure out what he wants. He still eats/drinks fine and will play if you start trying to play with him. This will last a couple hours and then he's fine! It gets me worried while he's doing it, but nothing has ever become of it. Anyone have any ideas of what this could be? I feel bad for him! via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2s4l0ML
