[Help][Discussion] Help me choose the best Therapy Dog program

Atticus is getting older now and starting to calm down a bit. I think he's ready to start training to be a therapy dog! We do still have to pass the CGC which is scheduled for next week, but we've been working really hard on it and he's doing great. I think we'll pass without a problem. My issue is deciding on what training school to go through for the therapy training. It's between two different places. Here's a link for one of the programs and here's the other. With the first one, the dog has to be at least 18 months, so we would have to wait another 7 months before we can join. We have already done all of the obedience classes and most of the trick classes at this particular school so we don't really have anything to do for those 7 months. I feel like this program is more "complete" if that makes sense. This program is longer than the second one, so I feel like Atticus would be much more prepared for the real world. Not to mention, I really like all the trainers and they definitely want the best for each dog.For the second one, the dog only has to be a year old. I went to this training school for Atticus' puppy class and level 1 obedience. I liked it, they did a good job, but decided to switch to the first training club mentioned because they offer more classes.I guess I'm leaning more towards the first one, even though I'd have to wait a little longer. What do you guys think? via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2sDWTBA
