[Help] Dog started to act weird(panting, yawning and hyperactive)

I'll cut it short so here's the thing, I don't know but I feel there's something wrong with my dog. He seems hyperactive and panting while looking at this specific area in our house. My dog is my soul and whenever I sit infront of him he will behave and sit and if I stand, he will start to play and wig his tail. But these days when he started to act differently, when I sit, he still acts hyperactive while panting and yawning and seems he doesn't realize, the commands we used to do. He keeps looking at the window where I used to see him always. He keeps spinning and bypassing me when I am right infront of him.
