[help] How do i know im spending enough time with my dog?

I got a dog about a month ago, hes alone from around 1130-230 every day, when i get home from school he jumps up, wags his little tail, and i sit and rub him and take him outside. He goes on about 2 walks a day. The whole family plays with him but how do i know hes getting enough attention? I want to be with him 24/7 but i have things to do.
