[Help] My 1 year old Dog is losing his hair and has very pink skin.

So I believe he is half German shepherd and half husky. He's all white/tan and he used to have a beautiful coat of hair. I bathe him weekly and he enjoys it and loves getting wet.I've noticed he's been itching a lot this past week, and that he's scratched or gnawed some of his fur off. His skin over his entire body is pink especially behind his ears. I noticed he seems to have ear mites, black gunk in his ears so I've been giving him mite drops from Walmart once a day for the last 3 days.I bathed him a week ago and used anti flea and itch soothing shampoo and he seemed to stop itching for a day but it quickly started again. I bathed him again today and he has a decent amount of fleas again, he's an outside dog and usual has a small bit but this was more than normal. He seems as playful as before but I'm very very concerned. His fur falls out very easily just brushing your fingers through it, I'm not sure if it's because of something else or that he's been irritating his skin.
