my 2.5 year old mini american shepherd has started having panic attacks. It's happened twice now and its caused by hearing popping noises from our plastic water jugs. I have no idea why that scares her but she started shaking like crazy and panting a lot. she's a bit of an anxious dog but she's never acted like this before. Any advice on how to help her?
