[help] what to do with my Border Collie ?

I recently split up with my ex-wife and we had a Border Collie, a race with a very high energy level who needs to be in a garden all day long.Unfortunately, I won't have enough money to have a house/flat with a garden and my ex wife earns less than I do.Does anyone have any idea of what I can do ? I'd love to drop him every day in a farm for him to be able to run all day long but I don't think this is possible.
