Before you comment please know that he was a stay and didn't get fixed untill he was 2 when I got him at the shelter. Since then I have done crate training which has decreased the peeing a lot but not stopped it I used diapers for a while but that didn't do it. I don't yell or rub his nose in it. Hes a tiny chihuahua so I don't take him for walks but even when he was being walked daily he was marking in the house. He has a sister and they run and play in the house and get along great. I clean all his spots with a scent removing spray. I let them out to pee in the patio multiple times a day and he does it but still comes back inside and marks.
