My neighbors have several dogs they take care of and one they leave on a chain tied to a tree. I've talked them into letting the dog (she's a 10 month old blue tick hound) come over to play. Unfortunately she's too rambunctious for our little rescue dog and I can't bring her over for play dates anymore. I think they've stopped feeding her. I've been sneaking food to her the past few days. I'm not sure what to do now. Every time she sees me she goes crazy barking because I'm the only person that pays her any attention. She's a good dog, just needs someone to work with her a little. If I call animal control I think they'll know it was me and I don't want any retaliation from them. I know CPS has been called on them about their kids, so who knows what they're capable of. I really hate these people. via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2s2pbsp
