[Discussion] tips and tricks for when your dog is sick

Hello!So right now (and every few weeks it seems), my dog has some GI troubles. Nothing too serious as far as I or the vet can tell (although issues with my vet are a different story).But I was wondering what people do when their dog is sick (vomit/diarrhea). Do you go to work? What do you feed your dog? If they are whining to be let out (constantly), do you ignore it and go on a schedule, or go as soon as they whine? Do you still exercise with them?How do you clean up vomit/diarrhea? What do you use?
