[HELP] I found some bumps in my dogs mouth.

This morning I found some bumps in my Golden Doodle's mouth. He's just over a year old and hasn't had any medical issues so far. He recently got a haircut from a groomer we've never used before.Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Should we take him to the vet? I appreciate any help.
