I have a 10 lbs chiweenie, she mostly looks chihuahua but just slightly longer than average . I'm looking for a lightweight and less restrictive harness for her. When I saw less restricted I mean a harness that does not go over her head. She does not pull and walks at my side, even when she is not on a lead. She becomes hesitant when I pull out her harness and just less happy all together when she goes out in it. She has a puppia harness and normal small dog leash.
