My rottie just turned 1! yay! But the week after her birthday everything went downhill, She started getting really bad rashes, bumps and diarrhoea. After a trip to the vets, put on an IV for the day, her blood test came back with a whole big list of allergies, she's allergic to most meat proteins.The vet recommended a fish based diet or the RC Anallergenic, we put her on the Canidae grain free pure sea for a couple of days but she's not reacting well to it, ended up not eating anything, tried the RC anallergenic and its the same. Right now we are giving her brown rice mixed with chai seeds, coconut oil, carrots and other veggies and she is doing well on it (Finally eating and everything is fine!).But I don't even know what I should feed her now as I do not want to stick with rice and veggie due to the lack of nutrition. There isn't much non-meat based dog foods in Australia and the vet's opinion are just pure BS (recommended to continue to feed her on royal canin anallergenic diet as its suppose to help).I don't even know what to do anymore and just watching her like this breaks my heart, any opinions will be greatly appreciated. via /r/dogs http://ift.tt/2rhnFkg
